1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OpenClaw Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

OpenClaw Manager is a native macOS and iOS client application that allows users to connect to and manage self-hosted or cloud-based OpenClaw gateway instances. The App serves as a control interface and does not itself host, process, or store AI agents or models.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the OpenClaw gateway instances you connect to and the AI agents you deploy or manage through the App.
  • You must ensure you have proper authorization to access the gateways you connect to.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your gateway credentials.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of TechArtisan. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

The App connects to user-specified OpenClaw gateways, which are third-party services not operated by us. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content of your OpenClaw gateway or any third-party service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHARTISAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACTIONS TAKEN BY AI AGENTS MANAGED THROUGH THE APP.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.
